What time should I arrive?

You are encouraged to arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete a confidential Treatment Consultation form.

 

Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant?

When booking a treatment please let us know if you are pregnant or trying to conceive, so we can give you the best advice on the suitability of treatments. We are unable to offer facials or massages to anyone in their first trimester or in their last two weeks of pregnancy.

 

Can I bring my pet?

Pets and other animals are not permitted in the Treatment Room except for guide or assistance animals.

 

Are children allowed in the Treatment Rooms?

We regret that children are not able to accompany parents into treatment room or be left unsupervised in the treatment room.

 

Deposit

We reserve the right to request a £20 non refundable deposit to secure your booking when booking any treatments.which required by PayPal or bank transfer.

 

Your right to cancel and charges

At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment for any treatment. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total treatment value.

 

If you fail to show up for the appointment for any treatment(s), you will be charged the value at full cost.

 

How to cancel or change your appointment

Cancellations should be made by calling us or text us on 07716203188. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours – you may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. If you have an email address or mobile number registered with us, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.

 

 

******Please note anyone under the age of 16 will need a parent or guardian present for any treatment recieved, written consent will also be required. ****
